A fast-growing European Financial Institution is looking to develop its Strategy and Change team. The unit will spearhead the institution and group decision making for all projects pertaining to its investment and private banking arm. The successful candidate will have the exclusive opportunity to conceptualize new projects and initiate high-level decision making and manage its executive committee.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure high level project plans and executive decision making


• Develop insights / recommendations for the private banking and investment banking arm


• Produce " client-ready" output and communicate findings to the executive board 

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience working with a investment and private banking client as a management consultant


• Must previously have worked with a management consultancy or a top-tier investment bank


• Worked on strategy and planning projects and project conceptualization.
