Olivetree Securities, an equities intermediary brokerage firm, has strengthened its team with the appointment of James Netherthorpe as chief operating officer and head of distribution. Netherthorpe will be joining the firm in October, and will be part of the management team and responsible for further developing the firm’s strategic direction and the ongoing expansion of its secondary business. He will also act as a senior client relationship manager and will manage the firm’s sales team.
